Helena is a town of single-family roofs, and about eight in ten homes were built since 1990.

Subdivision homes from the 1990s and early 2000s are reaching the age for a close roof check.

Rolling, wooded ground means leaves in the gutters and runoff that needs somewhere to go.

Old Town is different, with historic cottages where a repair has to respect the old framing.

Homes built since 2010, more than one in five, mostly need small repairs and gutter work.
